Stimpunks is created by and for neurodivergent and disabled people. We provide mutual aid, learning opportunities, human-centered research, and living wages for our community. Authenticity is our purest freedom.

Unstoppable Together: The Future is Accessible will be a vibrant in-person gathering that honors the artistry. activism and unstoppable spirit of our community. Through live music, spoken word, visual art, storytelling, and more, we aim to create a warm, accessible, and empowering space where local artists— especially those living with disabilities-can share their talents, stories, and creative expressions. We invite community members with disabilities to share their art during the event-whether it's a spoken word piece. a poem or a song. This is a space to be seen, heard, and celebrated. We encourage our community members and our allies to join us for an amazing night. Sign ups to perform will be held at the door beginning at 5:15pm. We need a counterculture of care. “Bread and roses” are what the humans involved in care—the patient and the clinician—want from healthcare. We gotta really try, Try so hard to get by, And where are we going to? Stimpunks exists because our systems effectively don’t.
• Pluralism is our reality. • I am fighting for an interdependence that embraces need and tells the truth: no one does it on their own and the myth of independence is just that, a myth. • Self-care is birthed by and through community care. • Access intimacy is interdependence in action. • Everyone is causally interconnected with, interdependent with, and fundamentally the same as all other humans. • We need a counterculture of care.
