The titular room in which the protagonist Henry Townsend lives in. It has the usual furnishings, but they're got bloodstains on them and there's what seems like a kind of cancer growing out of the walls. There's also a large bloodstain on the left side of the wall that you can see an arm coming out of; this is how ghosts often manifest in this game. I believe this particular shot is from a dream sequence, however.
