Ok, I do know what is going on with the subtitles. It's a text encoding issue. Probably the subtitles are encoded in UTF-8 with some diacritics on the o in Lorien but the Netflix app is converting it to probably some form of ASCII. It's not the sort of mistake you expect to see from a company
