that finale was shit. this show is ran by white supremacists. armand brands louis like he’s a fucking slave and carves an A(HIS INITIAL)in his chest. armand tortures louis’ dying body while lestat’s body is left alone. louis gets a painful victim-blaming apology forced outta him through torture and lestat gets a hallucination dinner. regina was used as a pawn by armand to torture louis with claudia’s face and lead him to breaking down. regina is forced to slit her wrists and watch a man slit his throat while shes tied to a chair across louis’ decapitated head. but armand is given a heartfelt apology from the black person he’s actively torturing and killing. oh and also lou’s torture is broadcasted and livedtreamed in a dark web snuffporn chatroom for random people to watch. how is this not the trial all over again??? armand’s “i took aesthetic pleasure in making your death visually exhilarating.” (an actual line from the show referencing why armand lynched louclaudia) all over again. this season and episode is horrifically racist. idk how i ever thought this show cared about black people.

Many things raced in his mind. He thought of the day his father walked out. He still pictured it in his mind, running to his father’s car just seconds too late, he and his brother watching helplessly as he drove off in the sunset, never returning.
He thought about the day his brother died, the guilt and grief that never went away, even now.
He thought about how his life turned into since then, full of depression and misery. The rage and grief inside his heart grew, until his body could no longer contain it.
Small sparks of flames shot out from his hands, onto the rope, then the grass, and then onto parts of the man’s clothing. It wasn’t enough to cause a raging inferno, but it did plenty to get both the attacker and Adam’s attention.
The rope burned away, turning to ash and freeing Nick. He rose to his feet, shooting a piercing glare at the shocked kidnapper.

Explanation An evolution of the "[X] if it was written by Vivziepop" video meme trend out of the Hellaverse (which was originally started by a TADC fan shortly a few months after the pilot's release, and was really despised by the Hellaverse fanbase, especially because it had led to controversy involving Hellaverse creator Vivienne Medrano and Alex Rochon on Twitter), where people disgruntled by "Remember" mock it by putting Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely?" over other montages/clips of serious subject matter from other existing video and audio-based media, usually in relation to a villain, jerkass or otherwise bad person's death or suicide, the joke being that it's seen as a cheap and incoherent way of portraying a bad character as sympathetic at the last second. Naturally, many TADC fans weren't amused by the meme because they thought it was a Shallow Parody of the past meme it spun off from, while many Hellaverse fans enjoyed some bitter schadenfreude from the shoe being on the other foot.
