Sometimes the author wants to celebrate their work. I was introduced to Steamboat Willie via the Mega Drive version of MickeyMania. But Disney probably wants us to forget the smoking and sexual assault. And when Disney has absolute control, some things will be locked away. With streaming, we don't have absolute control in the way we used to. There aren't many VHS players these days but I could still watch some ancient stuff I bought if I really wanted. I feel like 96 years of copyright is an issue in many ways but it's possibly a symptom of a larger issue: there is too much power for a few selfish corporations and individuals. Multicoloured shapes fill a colouring-in-sheet designed to look like 2 possible things, after players have used colours, striving to bring different objectives to prominence in a competition. Underneath one sheet is written 'snow person v tree' and on the other is 'triangle v circle'. It's debatable what the sheets look more like. Each sheet is coloured in with 3 colours and one of the sheet even has the 3 paint markers that were used.
