A series of strange symbols
Shader pulls from portions of the fake "VRAM" to construct the menus, by manipulating UVs. 2 rendertextures are used to simulate the PS1 framebuffer and FX the gradient texture is scrolled and added to the UVs of the text to offset them for the bouncy text effect.
