So this system that has worked literally everywhere else has failed only in Oregon and Washington? I wonder why
Portland isn't Portugal. Measure 110 was paid for by California radicals and forced on Oregon. It was fucking horrible. A lot of people died. Even more lives were ruined.

If your attempt at decriminalisation is half hearted then you can say, we tried and it failed. There are so many people who profit from the War on Drugs either directly and indirectly.
No it doesn't. Portugal did it also. Works out just fine. It's about where you are and the empathy of those around you. The US is just toxic. Period
Legalising is too easy to sabotage.
It will not work in the USA. There is no safety net and you treat it like any other business opportunity. It needs to be regulated. This is not something you guys are - I think - capable of.
