Our best day for our home solar was 21APR26, we had a few more days at just below 72.3 KW hours per day, but this is a new record for us for daily production.

This is our roof mounted solar. Imagine if almost every household was able to deploy balcony solar. We have a 12 KWh system, balcony solar is limited to 1.2 KWh. 10% of 1.1 MWh = 110 KWh. That goes a long way toward reducing power bills.

Foreground planters are Hazlenut Bushes. To the left is our crop of Elephant Garlic. To the right are the Plum Perfect Floribunda Roses. We had another purpose for these 3'x3'x1' raised beds, but that fell through so a silver lining and all.
Blue Shelling and Spring Blush Peas planted today. About 30 each along the trellis section. They get pretty tall, 5 to 7 feet. A sturdy trellis is suggested.
Eva white potatoes (x2). This year we've added a set of Burpeeana Early peas (x3) in each grow bag.

Apple Butter - 16 Gold Rush Apples, cored and sliced or about 8 lbs. 1 cup of Cane Sugar and Brown Sugar Ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom to taste 2 caps of Vanilla Extract Blend thoroughly after cooking. Add the vanilla toward the end.
Peanut Butter Fudge - Dairy Free 1.5 cups of sugar 1 cup of Almond Nut Juice .5 cups of confectionery sugar .5 cups of light brown sugar 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom each 3 caps of vanilla extract Reserve 5 large marshmallows 1 cup of peanut butter Combine ingredients and slowly bring mixture to a boil. Add marshmallow and stir into the mixture. At 235 to 237 degrees remove heat and stir in peanut butter vigorously. Ladle into a buttered glass dish. Pat with a large flat spoon until spread evenly spreads. Cut into squares while warm but set.
Bison Bone Broth: 40 minutes broiling the bones at 400. Fill a large cauldron with bones and ensure water to cover bones. Being to a boil. Add 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar and simmer after boil for 36 hours. Add carrots, garlic, herbs, bay leaves, onions, mushrooms and simmer another 12 hours. Strain all the remaining with fine mesh or cheesecloth, go for maximum broth, pressure can at 10 lbs or 15 lbs per your altitude for 90 minutes. Let stand, label, store and enjoy.
