Yesterday at 8:56 PM Me: I would advise not to out minors publicly or add them to lists as it makes it easier for predators to find and target them. 10:31 PM PervSafe: I keep getting this comment from people, and it's the strangest thing to me. Did no one else read the TOS for this app? Am I the ONLY one who actually reads the rule updates? If they're on the list, the predators are already there. I'm not adding every minor on the app-- I am adding minors who interact with, or post, NSFW content. And, in the case of my Harm Lists, minors interacting with worse. They are, first and foremost, breaking the app rules by having their NSFW filters off. We get to NOT provide IDs in exchange for the honor system that keeps kids out. The list exists to block every user that meets that criteria, without having to ever having to see their account. To use it as a target list, a predator would have to check each account individually. Something they would already be doing with the tags I blacklist. Public app, public posts, public accounts. Even the minors agreed to that in the TOS. Today at 8:56 AM Me: Minors aren’t adults. Expecting them to be responsible for their actions like adults is weird. Outing minors who are posting NSFW makes is very easy for predators to find them… the fact multiple people have told you this and you refuse to accept this is fucking weird. You are doing more harm than good for said minors.

Here are the most notable changes: NEW Policies: AI-Generated Content - Users cannot directly interact with AI (like chatbots or image generators that respond to user prompts). Creators may still use AI tools themselves to create content, as long as users aren't directly engaging with the AI and all standard content/consent/documentation requirements are met. Alcohol and Intoxicating Substances - In addition to intoxication and illegal drugs, any adult content featuring alcohol, cannabis/marijuana, or other intoxicating substances (regardless of local legality) is now prohibited due to consent requirements. Social Media Account Sales - Selling access to Snapchat or other social media platforms is now prohibited if it violates their terms of service. Policy Clarifications: Anthropomorphic Content - Our payment processing partners classify some anthropomorphic content as simulated bestiality. As a general guideline, Kemonomimi (human-like characters with animal ears/tails) is permitted, but full fursonas, Kemono, and scalie content are prohibited in adult contexts. Hypnosis/Mind Control - This prohibition includes all synonymous terms (mesmerize, mindfuck, mindcontrol, hypno) regardless of context. Wrestling Content - Professional, studio-produced adult wrestling is permitted. Amateur or party wrestling content is prohibited as it may be interpreted as non-consensual activity. Even when consensual, content that simulates force, struggle, or non-consent violates our policies. Public Spaces & Recording Locations - Sexual activity is prohibited in all public spaces. Nudity is prohibited in public spaces where it's not legally permitted. Both nudity and sexual activity are prohibited on third-party private property without owner permission or in any location visible to the public.

How “Ahegao” Became Harmful [The Only Non-Graphic Cover for Shōjo Tsubaki] Uncross your eyes or put your tongue back in your mouth. This depiction comes from the false stereotype that Asian, specifically Japanese, women are submissive, easily overpowered/manipulated, and that they want and/or deserve abusive treatment.
