Oregano, lemon balm, and thyme all hung up on the cast iron hanging rack. The thyme was so small that it's in a cheese cloth sack
2 bunches of lemon balm hang from the new drying rack we installed today. A cast iron oval rack is suspended from the ceiling by two chains. There's a loaf of good bread on top of the rack, careful hidden from our kids
