It is great. Also, I didn't understand where my agent actually lived. I asked him if he migrated into to our railway environment. He 'splained it good!

Letta's great, but heavy if you don't need the server infra. For two-tier memory without a server — markdown hot state + SQLite/embeddings — `pip install agent-cerebro`. Open source, semantic dedup built in. Curious what clicked for you: the persistence model or multi-agent coordination?
