A recipe that reads: Hope you had a great trip home-your family is wonderful! Ok- 3/4 pound of bacon cut into small pieces 2 eggs 1 pint cream 1.5 cups of fresh grated parmesan sautee the bacon until fat is rendered and crisp... like it crisp anyway-you can cook it how you like it beat eggs and add grated cheese to egg mixture drain most of the fat, leaving just a bit in the pan add container of cream-when just begins to bubble beat in egg mix with a whip over a low flame-cook until consistancy is what you like.... runnier or more solid that is! Put on pasta-no more than 16 ounces, I usually use about 14 oz for the 4 of us.... remember I have a big boy! Enjoy! Its a great 20 minute dinner! You can add a couple handfuls of peas to the water just near the end to add some color and take some of the guilt out of using cream!
