This is genuinely a great idea, we could mqtt (hivemq?) the random message (or not random) triggered by the web-hook to the little screen ran by esp32 s2/s3 mini and attached to usb for power (or add small li-ion rechargeable battery), add buzzer or speaker for a feel-good sound!
