Syntax Errors @syntaxerrors10.hathouse.us · Aug 19 I'm putting @xbox.com and @microsoft.com on BLAST. I have been trying for 2 DAYS to contact their Xbox support. The phone number is a recorded message directing me to the website. The support website doesn't load properly and their "virtual assistant" is an AI bot that doesn't help!

THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN! Support chat won't load. There is no email contacts available. How are users supposed to get help?! Shame on you @xbox.com and @microsoft.com 🤬
We did finally get to a human and resolve the issue. It required going to the Xbox itself, using the help app, then following a QR there to a completely different support channel. Insane.
