Bellina Nyteshade entered into a pact with eldritch extrauniversal forces to grant her perpetual beauty (i.e., to look like her own OC) indefinitely. Y'know... one of those Dorian Grey type deals.
Unlike most other such pacts, Bellina was very careful with the wording of the contract and thus *keeps* her soul, which will go to the appropriate afterlife at the end of her lifespan, as normal. Instead, the pact requires her to live a life of sensual pleasure and to encourage those around her to do likewise. This is easy for her - she can eat whatever she wants and never gain weight; she never gets ingrown hairs, chafing or twisted ankles, so she's comfortable in tight clothing and high heels; she can't get pregnant or catch STIs, and her "physical form" includes libido and orientation, which she set to "high" and "yes, please".
The pact also allows one of her patrons, once per lunar cycle, to enter her sensorium, seeing and feeling what she sees and feels. The Passenger can make suggestions of what to do next, but does not control her - they're along for the ride. It's easy to see when Bellina has a Passenger present, because her eyes change from blue to red and she gets darker grey patterns over her skin.
