It's very cynical but I've seen it from other white progressives who downplayed the Black Caucus in 16 and 20 [And other POC Caucuses ala Latino Caucus, Natives, etc] alongside pretty racist and sexist smears. Like a lot of the hate Jeffries gets comes dangerously close to blatant racism.
