And this is precisely why anyone who is like "but Smith likes trains!" has no idea what they are talking about.
That鈥檚 why it鈥檚 a 30 year plan. They can do nothing for 20 years and then let the next guy worry about the actual work.
I don鈥檛 think railway ties are supposed to be diagonal.
