For sure, pap smears can feel violating, painful, retraumatizing, or emotionally overwhelming. The Pap smears I got early in my Cervical Cancer Journey™️ were difficult for me because of my own history of SA stuff. I remember literally meditating for hours per day beforehand trying to calm my nervous system enough to go through with them. (Not a particularly meditative person, more of a pacer) But I also knew something in my body felt wrong already. I was exhausted by pain and symptoms and fear. So I basically had to tell myself: okay. This might be scary and uncomfortable and emotionally hard, but avoiding it is not making whatever’s happening inside me go away. Doing something about it is what, I believe, the original intention of the whole “self-care” thing was about.
Michael (2026) I didn't see this movie. I was at the century city mall and I thought, oh I'll just reserve one of my ame ® stubs a- lists ® to get my parking validated. of course this was the only thing playing at century city mall on weekday at 3pm (l was in the century city mall on a wednesday at 3pm) and I really didn't want to give this movie the satisfaction, but I really had to leave the century city mall at that time - this is not the forum for me to speak on why I was there in the first place and anyway I DONT want to talk about it - and I couldn't wait for a different movie. so I reserved for this movie. then I went in and got my ticket scanned and went upstairs to the validating thing and also used the bathroom at the century city mall amc... which I give 5 stars! No one there and Very clean!
The Drama **** only caught the middle 45 min of this one (was experimenting with drinking coffee creamers in different citrus-based fountain sodas, and then later I was doing essentially the opposite of that.) what's with the kid
