I just reached Bleak Beach too and yeah it’s a lot more like “ohhhhh” But heading back to wasteland now, I think the intent is to allow you to make that a lot more freedom to make it your own, as it’s your hub, which is why there’s only a few unfinished buildings and blank square spots
