These are some screen grabs I could get from the video, and there is definitely*some* good stuff in there. They gave two examples each of, row homes, ADUs, and single family homes. But are these really that conducive to good walkable urban planning? I just see more car-centric sprawl

As presented in the video renders, certainly. The designs themselves, though, seem compatible with more dense plans, with smaller yards and streets. And the first shot, for example, looks like it's intended to replace one unit with three in an urban or a suburban lot.
