Original shiny gold box of Pokemon HeartGold Version Nintendo DS game with the cute plastic tamagotchi-like toy next to it - in shape of pokeball of course with the monochrome retro display. It's Pokewalker, the pedometer gadget where you upload your pokemon from the DS game and walk outside with it to get some points and fresh air for your lungs.
