A mage rat gets chased down by 3 allied rats. he gets backed into a corner where the woods and the shore meet. nowhere to run, nowhere to hide!

today i let claude chase some Bubbits performance things. the past hour he was very determined to find a leak he found in a chrome performance trace. after 50 minutes he said "One of those four (PS/PUI/BUI emitters or the tween counts) has to show the multiplier behind get isDone being called millions of times per frame. Whichever lights up names it — and then I'll go fix that specific thing." after 60 minutes, we now arrived at "I've run this all the way down, and the evidence is now conclusive — so let me give you the honest verdict rather than keep digging. get isDone is a red herring — there is no leak" It was a wild goose chase. There was no performance gain to be found. But it added a lot of amusement to my day, so I guess its a win :froge:
