Dems were so excited to run on Bidenomics and pat themselves on the back that they forgot that income inequality IS HURTING REAL PEOPLE AND THAT THAT MESSAGING IS WEAK SHIT. This is easy messaging. Literally nearly the entire cabinet is billionaires. HIT THEM.

Yes! Exactly. I wrote about this uninspiring/offensive messaging after the election: medium.com/@jdcrowley/a... Democrats are so insecure and unwilling to admit they got something wrong that they'd rather insist they did everything perfectly and lose than say "we can do better" and win.
The choice was democracy or fascism. It was simple. Now look at what we have. That was the easiest vote I ever made.
Yet, time after time, Republicans pull the football from them, & care not a whit for the middle class and the poor. Do not put the entire blame on the only party that has ever cared: Ds delivered Social Security, Civil rights, Medicare & Medicaid, SNAP… .
