Note: because Cloudflare doesn't support native packages (i.e. @napi-rs/canvas) we must prerender the doc examples in the build. They don't look as nice as running in node/locally (see attached) due to fonts/etc. The doc APIs also thus do not respond to query params (width/height/background/etc).
