oooh i've never heard of this (i was more of a straight spirits drinker) but back in the day this would be supremely my shit. monster have just come out with a pink grapefruit flavour which would be amazing here

[food] a strong contender for worst-looking soup in the world, this onion soup with thyme, dijon, beer and cheddar is *incredible* -- save for the fact that my dry yellow peas expired *eight years ago* and simply refused to be finished cooking despite a 48 hour water bath and 2 hours of boiling.
