This is the banner of the next osu!game discord server event, which at time of posting is yet to be revealed In main focus there is a white mug/cup on a detailed brown'ish table with a cookie resembling the osu! logo that's laying against the mug. Inside the mug is a hot cocoa and 2 marshmallows resembling Don and Ka chan from the Taiko no Tatsujin Series.
