I always wondered why my grocery store was open til midnight until I decided to do a late-night baking project and ran out of apples. I noticed at 11:50pm that I was one apple short of making my apple tart. Hopped on my bike and rushed to the grocery store. It's never too late to bake in NYC 👨🏾‍🍳
