Τηγανίτες μήλου. 1 κούπα αλεύρι γ.ο.χ. 1 κ.γ. baking 1 κ.γ. κανέλα (προαιρετικά) 1 κ.σ. ζάχαρη (προαιρετικά γιατί θα βάλουμε μήλο) 1 κούπα γάλα ή φυτικό ρόφημα 1 μήλο τριμμένο σε χοντρό τρίφτη Ανακατεύουμε τα στερεά σε ένα μπολ, προσθέτουμε το γάλα/ρόφημα κ ανακατεύουμε ίσα να αναμειχθούν κ στο τέλος ρίχνουμε το τριμμένο μήλο. Ψήνουμε σε αντικολλητικό. (Βγήκαν 10 τηγανίτες) Γαρνίρουμε με μέλι ή άχνη κ κανέλα ή φρούτα ή μαρμελάδα κλπ.
