This is also a first step towards editing the request files on the file system. Right now they are read only/run only.

What's really neat is that through careful design I'll be able to use the components created for editing drafts to edit file system files. I'm already reusing a ton of the file system file components for the draft. The "run request form" component was just dropped in for draft and it just worked.
