An automation workflow that interacts with the Notion API and my sleep tracking app. The flow begins with fetching page contents from the Notion API using a page ID. It extracts a dictionary of page info and retrieves the value of the “Sleep” property from daily log data. A condition checks if the “Sleep Number” value exists. If it doesn’t, an alert prompts the user with “It looks like you haven’t logged your sleep yet” and a “Log Sleep” button. The workflow then presents a menu asking, “Need to check your sleep stats first?” with “yes” and “no” options. If “yes” is selected, the “Open AutoSleep” action is triggered, and the flow waits for the app to return to the Shortcuts app.
