Tournament Info
Tournament Registration: Official Fighting Game tournaments are no longer accepting registrations. You can still register for Rhythm Game main tournaments at (https://www.start.gg/BITE9). Side tournaments as well have open registration at (https://www.start.gg/ThePack)

Schedule:
Give yourself extra time to have a buffer to pick up your badge before your tournament is scheduled to start because sometimes there are long lines at the registration desk - you can find start times for the games you have signed up for on startgg by clicking on the Dashboard tab
Some brackets are large enough to be divided into smaller pools of players to make them run more smoothly, these pool start times will also be found on the Dashboard tab

Controllers:
Like FGC major tournaments, BITE is BYOC, or "Bring Your Own Controller" - we will not have controllers or controller accessories (USB cables, converters, etc) to provide attendees/players. Also check that your controller is plug-and-play compatible with the listed game platform and if is not, you will need to provide your own converter (platforms are listed in the "FGC Tournaments" drop down section on the startgg homepage)
Games with platforms listed as " PS2* " or " PS3* " will actually be run on PC via emulators - the platform designates which version of the game is being emulated
Please note that we will be turning off bluetooth on setups so you will be required to play with a cable even if your controller is wireless - you will need to provide your own USB cable. For your convenience, make sure it is long enough to comfortably remain connected to the console while you are playing

Badges are still available at (https://www.bitegaming.org/) Day passes are available at the event (Friday/Saturday $55 | Sunday $45) We will be accepting card only at the event please plan accordingly. Badge pick up will only be available during front desk hours. We will be doing a Thursday badge pick up again this year from 8 PM - 10 PM. You must be preregistered to pick up a badge on Thursday.

Event Hours: Friday/Saturday 10 AM - 12 AM | Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM
Front Desk Hours: Thursday 8 PM - 10 PM | Friday/Saturday 10 AM - 8 PM | Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM
Vendor Hours: Friday/Saturday 10 AM - 7 PM | Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM
Location: 1610 Coliseum Dr, Hampton, VA 23666 (Hall A Closest to Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Rooms 106-107)
Badge Pick-Up: All you need is a valid ID to pick up your badge. Front desk will be located in the hall this year between Panels/Performance/Tabletop rooms and Hall A itself.
Event Merch: Event merch will be available on location at the front desk during front desk hours. It is first come first serve and we run out of sizes quickly.
Event Activities: BITE has tons of things to do, including FGC, RGC, Beyblade, and Community Tournaments, plus karaoke hours, live music performances, panels, giveaways and even a cosplay contest - all you have to do is scan your badge to get up-to-date times for all our events!
