The administration's plan is probably to get gender-affirming care ruled as dangerous and experimental, and ban transition altogether. When they find a way to enforce it, such as when the US Supreme Court rules on the legality of trans care bans in about 2 months, they could go after families with trans kids and trans individuals. I just hope everyone has a plan for when that happens.
