It's like blue, but I don't know if Regalia intended for it to be icing or like somehow it's magically transmutated blood? Idfk, I'm too scared to ask her. She's also holding a bazooka with the name "Party Stater" on it. Regalia is smiling at the camera showing one of her fangs, whilst her eyes glow the same deep orange as the background.
