successfully connected to the DB through tailscale
trying to connect to the database with datagrip times out
a successfully deployed stack with an ec2 instance running tailscale, rds instance with no external network connectivity
tailscale auth key generation dialog prompt, key called `rds-pod key`, setting expiration to 3 days, and making it ephemeral, which makes the devices auth'd by this key get removed if they go online (seems smart for security)

cloudformation stack failed to create because the bootstrap user was missing policy creation permissions it also couldn't delete the stack because it didn't have deletion permissions (honestly probably a good thing!)
