Maaayyybeee it's not such a great idea to have cops on the streets with less training than a barber or a manicurist? Or to have an extremely powerful cop union that protects bad cops and encourages an us-vs-them warrior-cop culture?
I don't know how cops live with themselves after doing something like this. Hopefully some can't.

I want to hate the cops as much as anyone but multiple police cars chasing one vehicle for half an hour, including several times when the van tried to back into them? Like, wrongful arrest or not you have to pull over for the police. What am I missing?
They need to be charged with murder
