Given Burnham’s already ditched the ties, the lecturns and 24/7 Westminster model, a King’s Speech under could be quite the spectacle No ermine. No carriage. No hour-long procession. Just Charlie in a rolled-up shirt, a brew in hand: “Right then, more devolution” and everyone’s home in time for tea
