Species: Oxan Jak Begsley is the long time Squad Major/Squad Leader of the Seteria and Elise Clark’s direct Superior. Commonly, on off-ship missions, the First Officer leads the Squad with the Major as his second. In the Absence of the First Officer, the Major will lead the team. A family man with multiple kids, Jak had been looking for an opportunity outside the fleet and sees Clark as his potential replacement on the Seteria. Thus he takes her under his wing and takes an active role in her on-ship training.
Captain Lan Rigoc Species: Azarian The son of Senator Kane Rigoc, Lan and his mother were forced to flee the Azarian Protectorate following General Plutarch’s overthrow of the Senate and it’s ruling Triumvirate. Entering adulthood, Lan broke from his fellow exiles and joined the Jada Royal Navy. Seen as a traitor by the Protectorate and his fellow Exiles for serving the Jada Empire, Lan rejected his ‘Man with no Nation’ moniker and became a dedicated officer and citizen of the Empire. Eventually rising to the Rank of Captain.
Elise Clarke One of the first arrivals of the refugee world of Terra-Renatus and member of the colonial militia. Elise Clarke looks to build a new stable life for herself and her adopted sister. Which is made all the more difficult by the trauma she endured on her war torn homeworld 8 years earlier. Her new life is turned upside down when Molzren pirates attack the Colony in a attempt to abduct the Empress' distant cousin. The kidnapping is thwarted by Clarke's heroic actions which leads to her being enlisted into the Royal Navy by Captain Lan Rigoc. The first human to be given the honor. Setting her on a new adventure.
The Jada The oldest space-faring species in the known galaxy. the jada are a humanoid species from the planet theia noted for their skin tones of rich blues and purples as well as their simmering hair. They have been described by other species as living water paintings. They are also noted for their unique mastery of rare Magic crystals that have since been named Jadarian Crystals.
