Dr Stegron, a stegosaurus man named after... that's just his legal last name, corrects Sauron the pterodactyl man that "We want to turn people into dinosaurs." As the plan was a joint operation and Stegron made the dinosaur transformation tech. Sauron replies "Yes, Yes, 'We.'"
