Frieren from Sousou no Frieren is trying to look up, but I didn't really quite get the angle right at all
A plateau overlooks a field of ash, the sky filled with stormy clouds filled with flashes of color from behind them. A large worm with three heads looms over four silhouettes. It's leftmost head, Starve, is a rounder shape, with protruding button eyes and lips split into three. The middle head, Wound, is simply a bulb with a ten-horned mouth, with spiked teeth and three uneven eyes on its tongue. The rightmost head, Else, seems to be looking towards the viewer themself. It has six tendrils along its neck, with a mouth of spiked teeth and fins behind its eyes.

She's holding her glaive in her left hand off to the side, her right hand straining into a fist she holds slightly down from her shoulder. Under her long, unruly hair you can see a blindfold, also tied over her ears, with a vertical purple eye design adorning it. Her weapon is a darker steel, with purple armor plating over it featuring large gems that look like eyes between the plates adorning it.
