Not bad weather for December (in S Oxon at least) meant I had a lovely bimble to my happy place and back. #RideCanada4MS has the unfortunate side-effect that training feels like a job at times. Still, for an old geezer with 32 of MS under the belt my stats are ok. #cycling #training #MS
