After hours of exploration and as exhaustion set in, our sillier impulses began to take hold. It was then that a playful comment formed the eventual foundation of our game: What if we only spoke in nonsense sounds? Could we still communicate our thoughts and intentions? We quickly wrote down five random sounds: DA, DIFF, DOOF, BING, & BONG. After emphatically shouting incomprehensible phrases at each other, something strange began to occur - nonsense began to make sense! This got our brains pondering about the origins of language. Perhaps all languages, including our native tongues of English, Portuguese, and Spanish, had similarly emerged the same way. From there, Dadada was born. Happy playing, or should we say, DIFF DA-BING!
