As a fan I’d just like to say Carla McLeod really appears to be a great coach, and a big reason I root for the Charge when they play. I’ve seen her in interviews, and she appears to be the type of person who really admires & respects her players. Seems like she builds a great culture in the room.
And then you allow the coach to leave his team after only one season. Single ownership is weakening this league and annoying fan bases.
