When will the rump cheating and lying end?
The SAVE Act is designed to disenfranchise Dem voters. It forces every state to turn over voter rolls and allows Feds to purge at will (with no penalty for erroneous removals). It adds onerous documentation requirements to re-register and threatens severe penalties on local officials for missteps.
