Eric Neustadter (e) @thevowel.com · May 8 Today felt like a good day to make hot sauce. Both have garlic, onion, and roasted sazon pineapple. The one on the left is Jalapeno and Serrano, the one on the right also has habaneros. I’ll let them ferment for a few days.
