State IDs are not free. Passports are not free. Copies of Birth certificates are not free. The end result is that people will be required to pay the State government, Fed. Government, or the City government vote.
But the bill does not have the 60 votes needed to overcome a filibuster and pass the Senate. Trump’s solution: The Senate should return to Jimmy Stewart-style talking filibusters. theweek.com/politics/tru...
