Sprite art of Mario and Luigi from the Super Mario Bros. Super Show in the Deltarune artstyle. The Light World being the live action versions of the brothers while the Dark World is their animated versions. Mario's Dark World outfit is based off of the episode "King Mario of Cramalot", with the intention being he pulls out the Golden Plumber's Helper from the episode during battle. Luigi's Dark World outfit is his Gambler costume from the episode "Rolling Down the River", the intention being he strikes the pose he does in the Luigi cowboy impression meme for his battle stance. Below those two are alternate sprites where they are just the animated designs with no specific episode being referenced.
