An intricate Victorian era entrance hall divided by an arcade where it meets the stair hall. Every surface is heavily ornamented with wood relief.

A scan of the Sears Robuck and Company Catalogue featuring an illustration of "The Magnolia" house plan. It is a two story Georgian Revival house with a portico crowned by balustrade and a central dormer. There is a port cochere to one side which is mirrored by a sunroom on the other side. The original listing price was 5,140.
