Diva Power List 2026: meet the visionaries blazing a trail for LGBTQAI+ women and non-binary people. COMMUNITY Libby Baxter-Williams Director of Biscuit Libby is the director of Biscuit, a bi advocacy group dedicated to amplifying and supporting bisexual voices. Offering in-person and online resources, Biscuit creates a space where bi+ people are represented and heard. Since its 2016 launch, the organisation has highlighted bi+ issues, led the #BWithTheT movement, and hosted events like last year’s Bi+ Community Fair, uniting speakers, audiences, and activists for a day of visibility and change
