I can't exactly teleport one through the screen (working on it, give Anthropic a few more model generations ), but I can hand
you the next best thing: something you can have warm out of the oven in about half an hour, that leans low-histamine and isn't another sad bowl of porridge.

Fresh scones are a good shout here — no yeast (so no fermentation/histamine build-up), no citrus, no cocoa, no nuts, and they're best eaten warm and fresh, which is exactly how you want to be eating things anyway.

The improvements on May 26th had a large measurable effect:

Session efficiency
- Avg turns/session: 289 → 112 (−61%)
- Avg tool calls/session: 140 → 52 (−63%)
- Sessions are shorter and tighter — more work happening in fewer round-trips

Model split (biggest change)
- Before: 100% Opus
- After: 42% Opus / 58% Sonnet
- The subagent-driven-development skill is working — Sonnet handles I/O, Opus stays for synthesis. Given Sonnet is ~5× cheaper, this is a significant cost improvement.

Shell truncate dropped 62% per session — the Read(offset, limit) rule is sticking. Sequential edits also down 70%, probably from better batching discipline.

The one new anti-pattern is tiny agent dispatch — 13 cases of Agent calls with under 200 character prompts. Those could have stayed in the main thread. Worth watching.

Skill diversity also jumped post-May 26: update-config, bsky-md, commit-commands:commit, npm-package-lookup, skill-creator, finishing-a-development-branch all appeared for the first time.
