Nice set! Best I can compare with here is the Ultimaker 2 Extended+ that I'm attempting to "upgrade" with an older Creality hotend. Is it the best plan? No, probably not, but the goal is to go from a 2.85mm filament to a 1.75mm filament with minimal cost - which means using spare parts here.
